INTRODUCTION:

The search engine services offered on this web site: Quik-Find.com ("the service") are provided by Quik-Find.com ("the company"). Quik-Find.com provides you ("the advertiser/the user") with access to our services contingent on your compliance with the terms and conditions as specified below ("the agreement"). It is your responsibility to read this usage agreement carefully. By enrolling in any of our advertising programs as outlined below, it is deemed that you the advertiser are bound to this agreement. Note, throughout this agreement "you" and "your" refers to the advertiser.

SERVICES:

Quik-Find.com provides its service for information purposes, entertainment and the general interest of its users. You may submit your information for advertising on Quik-Find.com using the submission forms as provided, by e-mail, telephone, fax, or by U.S. mail. The company offers the following advertising programs:

Pay Per Click Listings:

Quik-Find.com offers its advertisers prioritized listings based on the bid amount and category that they select. The advertiser with the highest bid amount under a specific keyword as entered by the user obtains a number one ranking. In the event that two or more advertisers have the same highest bid amount, the service will randomly rotate the highest bids so that all high bid advertisers have the opportunity to be displayed in the number one position. Advertisers may select an unlimited amount of keywords to bid on. Findit-Quick .Com reserves the right to accept or reject suggested key words as it deems necessary as submitted by the advertiser. It is the advertiser's responsibility to monitor the traffic to their web site and update their bid amount as you feel necessary using the Account Management Program as provided by the service. Refer to "Payment" for specific payment information and the initial enrollment fee.

PAYMENT:

The advertiser agrees to use Euro dollars to pay all applicable charges in accordance with the program service selected form above. Within the fee is any or all applicable taxes in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time the fee is payable. Payment must be received before the service is rendered. Payment must be made using one of the following forms: Visa, Master Card, Debit Card, American Express, Discover, Online Check, Paypal or Company Check. You, the advertiser, agree that all information you provide for the purpose of enrolling in the service is true, accurate, complete and current. Your right to access your account is subject to the conditions set forth by Quik-Find.com. If there is a returned check fee, or a charge fee for what ever reason, or you exceed your payment limit, Quik-Find.com reserves the right to cancel or terminate your account which will include and not be limited to the removal of your advertisement from the service. Cancellation by the advertiser or termination by Quik-Find.com (not meeting the terms and conditions specified in this agreement) of your account may result in a refund. Thus, all monies not spent are refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the service or any of the terms and conditions within the agreement, your sole and exclusive solution is to terminate your account. You may cancel your advertising participation in Quik-Find.com any time by e-mailing us at advertising@Quik-Find.com and we will refund your unused deposit monies. However a 10% fee will be charged on all refunds.

PLEASE READ THE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

Priority Pay Per Click (Bid) Listings:

The advertiser agrees to pay the initial enrollment fee of €50.00. The advertiser will be charged for all clicks on their search listing advertisement. Costs to the advertiser will be calculated by multiplying the number of clicks the advertiser receives by the bid amount the advertiser has selected for the priority listing. It is the advertisers responsibility to manage their account and update monies when they become low.

Preferred Listings:

The advertiser agrees to pay €10.00 per month for a KEYWORD preferred listing. Keywords are sold on a first come first serve basis.

STATE REGULATIONS:

Quik-Find.com will adhere to the laws of the country it is based in. Thus, Greece shall be deemed to control and construe the laws of the Quik-Find.com's company and service. Therefore, the company and the advertiser agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction in Kos, Greece, the district in which the company is based. Since the company is controlled and operated from the island of Kos, Greece, the company makes no representation that the materials within its services are appropriate or available for other locations. Those who choose to access the service from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible to be in compliance with their own state and federal laws.

THE ADVERTISER:

Each advertiser agrees that the use of Quik-Find.com is at the user's sole risk. You as the advertiser represent and warrant that you have sufficient authority to enter into the terms and conditions of this agreement. Advertisers agree that the information provided to the company will be truthful, accurate and not misleading, to the best of the advertisers knowledge. Advertisers acknowledge that Quik-Find.com is not responsible for maintaining, or updating any of the advertiser's information. Nor is the company responsible for order entry, payment processing, shipping, cancellation, returns or customer service concerning orders placed on the advertiser's web site. The advertiser is responsible for updating its advertisement if it is not current so an accurate description of the information is available on the service. Advertisers hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Quik-Find.com from and against any and all liability including expenses related to attorney's fees, relating and arising from the user's violation of the terms of this agreement or the user's misuse or abuse of this service. It is the strict and sole responsibility of each user to take precautions to ensure that anything selected from Quik-Find.com's service is free of such items as offensive content, viruses, trojan horses, worms and other items destructive in nature. Advertisers shall not engage in any conduct that is damaging to this company and/or service. Advertisers agree not to interfere or otherwise impede in the performance or operation of Quik-Find.com. Advertisers acknowledge that the company reserves the right to restrict or terminate, either temporarily or permanently, the use of this service due to the violations of this agreement. Advertisers acknowledge that any reproduction, copy, duplication, sale, exploration, redistribution or publication of the information or software on this service is prohibited. Advertisers and the company acknowledge that the software contained in the service, including images, files, data and information complied in the service is protected by copyright laws.

THE COMPANY:

Quik-Find.com is a distributor (not publisher) of the content materials supplied by its advertisers. Quik-Find.com has no control over the content contained on its search engine as provided by its advertisers. Thus, the company has no liability for any content or actions taken on another parties web site. The company is available on an "as is" basis, making no warranties, expressed or implied to the content contained on its search engine service or to the reliability and accuracy of any information or statements contained therein. In addition, links connected to advertisements and listings as provided by advertisers on Quik-Find.com does not mean that the company endorses or accepts any responsibility for the use of the information provided. Thus, all statements, advice and opinions are those of the advertiser and the company neither endorses nor shall be held responsible for the accuracy, reliability, usefulness or appropriateness for any particular purpose. Quik-Find.com reserves the right to modify and/or delete information/material from and within its service. It is the company's sole and absolute discretion to do so at any time and may at any time revise it's existing agreement. Changes made to the agreement will be posted, thus advertisers are encouraged to periodically visit Quik-Find.com's Agreement Page for users are bound to any revisions made.
